Modules Not Loading

This can be caused by a number of different reasons.  The most common are identified below:

Reason #1 – Challenges with Internet Connection

The most common reason users experience challenges with modules loading is due to sometimes unstable Internet connections.

Reason #2 – No Flash on Device

Currently all Respect Group programs operate using Flash.  This should not be an issue on PC's or MAC's for the majority of users, but require free third party software on Mobile devices.  If your device does not utilize Flash normally, there are numerous Flash enabled browsers available for free on Itunes and the Google Play Store.

Modules Keep Freezing

If files do not load completely, a section will not play properly from start to finish and you may experience a module freezing.  Generally, clearing your browsers Cache files (on some browsers referred to as Temporary Internet Files) should resolve this.

Important Note:  Respect Group has seen cache issues with some Internet Service Providers.  If the following steps do not work, it is possible your Internet Service Provider has a cache issue.  Most Internet Service Provider’s clear their server cache files at least once per day.

Most modern browsers use the same short cuts to access the area for clearing cache.  Simultaneously hold down Shift + Ctrl + Delete.  This will open the dialogue box to clear cache files.

You do NOT need to clear Cookies.  The only thing selected should be Temporary Internet Files or Cached Images and Files depending on your browser.  Ensure the date range extends to before you first accessed the section.  Respect Group recommends setting the date to The Beginning of Time.
